thanks that makes alot of senseBuy a 4 ft cable cut it in half and strip the ends and you’ll have a spare
3/8" lug to blunt end i think this is the correct trem
to connect to this
i cant get a clear video anywhere, but it looks like i strip the wires then put them into the inverter then screw it down
to this
Hmm.to connect to this

thanks, that was exactly what i neededFor that battery, you’ll want 5/16” lug connections, not 3/8”. The latter will work, but it’s not as a tight connection.
Someone recommended batterycablesusa.com. I hadn’t ordered from them before and their quality and prices look good.
Very easy to order exactly what you want. For your needs:
2 Gauge (2 AWG) Extreme Battery Cable with Ends - Copper Extra Flexible Stranded
www.batterycablesusa.com
$9 each for black and red cables, super flexible insulation and high quality copper wire. 2 feet long, 5/16” lug one end and bare on the other end. $4 shipping
this one was discounted and thats probably why, i can take the cover off and clearly see the a/c in and out and the pv ins, but for the battery i have to strip the wire and shove it in blindly.Hmm.
Do you already have it? I havr another brand one, and mine has studs for lug ends.
Hmmm. That sucks. Post pics.this one was discounted and thats probably why, i can take the cover off and clearly see the a/c in and out and the pv ins, but for the battery i have to strip the wire and shove it in blindly.
Yes,plus lug hole size on either end, metal type, etc.Battery Cable USA has options on lug orientation, and even 90 degree bends. I went mostly with marine grade, and extremely pleased with the outcome of my build.
