Used Hyundai Panels

Good morning forum folks, I'm working on collecting all the hardware to buy my first off grid solar system. Had a question about some solar panels I saw for sale locally. This guys is selling "never installed" Hyundai 370W panels for $100 each.

Tested about 6pm got a Voc of ~45 (spec 47.4) and Ioc ~8.9 (Spec 9.85). So I assume the numbers aren't fully on spec because it was late(?) Pictures attached.

Do you think this is a decent deal? Anything I should look for when buying them? Anyone have history with his panel? Glass seems good, no obvious corrosion. Thanks!

Looks like a great deal. I wouldn't hesitate at that price.

I bought 20 used qcells when I started, wish I bought 40...winters are brutal for production.
