I bought a inverter that was refubished it is a split phase unit eg4 from s/s sent with two of the eight screws holding the cover on something rattling around inside
the unit with the inverter.it came a paper that stated the work that had been done and checked off one of them was that all the screws had been installed matey a mistake except the warranty void sticker was placed over the hole with no screw in it. If they forgot the obvious what else was forgotten?
So after many emails and phone calls all they care about is the money not the safety of the product that clearly states what they did. After all this they offer another refubished So if your lonely and have plenty of free time buy something from them. First and last time customer wasted my time that meant nothing to them.
One phone call is all any customer should make to fix a mistake.
