I've a Growatt 3600 MTL-S installed 2 yrs ago. I've only discovered the WiFi dongle and Shine App for the system. The online demo show icons of panels, inverter, grid, house and battery with green flashing arrows showing direction of electricity. On my system app it shows only 3 icons which are panel, inverter and grid with solid green arrows travelling towards the grid. I can see from the graphs that energy is coming from the solar panels however I've no idea what the house consumption is, can anyone advise?

FWIW Here is what I see for a Growatt 5000ES
633W to the house the rest to the battery.

Thank you for your reply, this is what I would expect to see however I see the picture below and it looks like I'm just sending to the grid. So this is where I'm stumped

It could actually be correct!
If you live in Northern Ireland, in mid winter, you will be getting almost no sun and the day-length will be very short.
I'm in Australia where its really sunny at the moment. Much of the last 12 months was very gloomy here as a result of the Tonga volcano - they say.
Some winter days my 10KW setup gets under 5 KWh and some summer days I get over 50KWh that's a 10 fold difference.
On average one can expect 4.2 times the Peak PV output (it seems you have 4.8KW-peak)
So you should expect around 20KWh per day averaged over the year. (4.2 * 4.8) ... but not in mid winter
My worst day recently was 1 July 22 when my 5KW system made 1.6KWh.

Net-zero will be almost impossible when this reality dawns!
BTW, I'm Ex Ballycastle and Newtownstewart

thank you for your response, but surely it should show house consumption as an icon??

How did you know I was in northern ireland??

I'm having the same issue, can't see the load consumption. Currently using a MIN 3600TL-XH with the Growatt ShineWiFI-X. Found the fix yet Bert?
