Running wires down the side of a trailer, neatly.

If you run your solar panels in series, bringing up the voltage, the existing wiring may be sufficient.
Not with a 2S2P configuration.

Hmmm... Let me confirm the wire size.

Well, I'll be darned. It's 10g. It's not great quality 10g, but it's 10g. So that's perfectly adequate. My goodness. I just assumed it was smaller. No idea why. But thank you for bringing that up and piquing my curiosity to check.

Sounds like we saved you some time. (y)

Corrugated tubing cheap and flexible.
For under the trailer you can go with 1/2-1" PVC tubing. Also cheap but more durable and you can get different elbows for different turns.
Use the slotted metal roll they use to make brackets to hold pvc about every 2'. Bend off to break what you need to fit.
If you make sure it's a secured well, tucked along a beam in a corner and doesn't move around. It will last a long time.

If you ask an electrician they'll say to use MC cable and MC cable straps but their expensive.

Those are all good ideas and I'm probably going to do something like that when I run the main AC wiring. Thank you!
