All in one 12V 2,000 watt?

I have never seen one and I have doubts that anyone would make a AIO unit for 12V.
If it does exist it's probably a niche product that cost a lot more than it's worth or a really cheap Chinese product that is on found on Alibaba and is likely a fire hazard.
The 12 volt stuff is not where the home market is anymore. It is even slowly shifting from 48V to HV systems that are in the 300V to 400Vdc range.

12v is not a common size , but they are available

Mmm these are all UK 240v AC not US110v AC , depends where you are really @Smeeg

I only see US units in the 1600 or 1800 watts range. Eco-worthy is one, makeskyblue isn't easy to find, etc...

Sorry, eco-worthy is 24v

And makeskyblue web says not available and it was a 2kva, 1600w unit I had found on eBay NOS I bought.

It would be silly to make it.
The MASSIVE amperage 12V requires at over 1500W makes an all in one very unreliable.
Think about it.
2000W of 12V conversion output assuming 90% efficiency is 185A... thats bigger than 4/0 copper, and a LOT of heat if undersized.
Solder joints would bake, and fetts would fail...

It is of course possible, but it would be an unwise decision.

Lots and lots of 2kw+ 12v inverters available on the market

I do think you're right though , and it's not particularly logical to run say 200a+ @12v , when it could be done 100a@24v

But I guess there are lots of situations where it might be needed, especially where there is an existing 12v system like campers caravans RVs etc.

So a 3000w on 24v is OK, and 12000w on 48v is fine but a 1500w on 12v would be silly?

And 2000w 12v inverters are OK since it's not an AIO?
I said OVER 1500W is silly.
Sure, 2000 and 3000W inverters exist. And they work fine when not loaded to the max for long. If the correct battery bank and cables are used.

But, how often do ya see #4 cables feeding them?

Massive amperages produce heat in low buck environments.

Its just unwise.

Oh yeah, i have a 5kW 12V inverter.

I never said they didnt make them, but making a low dollar all in one, that handles 200amps is one of those pick 2 devices...
Low price, high watts, high quality.

Pick 2

@Will Prowse just had his Victron 12v Multiplus running a car lift in his latest video. Pretty impressive for a 12v inverter.

I became a huge fan of that inverter that day ? I can't believe it pulled that off.

There really are not many good all in one options for 12V. Just a difficult voltage for these circuits to work with. I would stick with modular with 12V. That's why I still have my 12V kit recommendations. I would love to replace them with a single unit to make things beginner friendly, but the options are not that great.
