Hi all, I have a 48v 200Ah LiFePo4 battery with a JN-MPPT 100A hybrid inverter. When I first switch on I was getting a error message (E10)low voltage error message with both panels and battery connected. After switching off and connecting more panels 3p2s (I have a total of 24 panels to attach) 28V 7.8A the inverter has a VOC of 145V. When I switched it back on the inverter is live and I have no green or orange only the steady red fault lamp and an error message E00 which I can't find in the user manual or online. I have connected the makers but to know avail I'm being ghosted by them. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions. Many thanks.

Many inverters will want Battery or AC power to start the unit. PV is only engaged after the unit is up and running. If you are having trouble starting the unit from battery, it may be due to inrush when the capacitors in the inverter charge up. The battery's BMS is disconnecting to protect itself. You may need to use a pre-charge resistor to start it.
