Communications cable Axpert Pylontech

Hello once again...
My screen keeps flashing the Error 61 message and I am told the comms link cable supplied by Pylontech doesn't work with Voltronic Axpert inverters.
Suggestions welcome.??

I have an Axpert V II Premium inverter and Pylontech battery, for use with Pylontech I have used a special rj45 crimped cable connected in rs485 of battery. It works very well

When I bougth cables for my pylontech batteries, in the box was 2 different communication cables, one working with pylontech batteries another one for diffirent type lithium battaties, they both looking simmilar, but they are different
