Check the following using the EG4 App or the Web.
Go to Maintenance, then scroll down to Discharge Settings.
--> If you are using EG4 battery settings on the inverters I think it defaults to
On Grid EOD SOC(%). If that is what you are using Set it to
90. This means the system will remain in grid bypass mode until the batteries reach 90% charge.
-->If you are using
On Grid EOD Voltage(V) setting. Set it to something higher like 56v. System will remain in grid bypass mode until the batteries reach 56v.
The setting name/description seems backwards in my mind but this is how my system works. If I set the On Grid EOD SOC % at a higher value than the current battery SOC % the system will go into grid bypass (grid powers the loads). If I set it lower than the battery SOC the system will move from grid bypass to off grid mode (battery/solar will power loads).
