Having issues with my 6k xp charging battery when on grid but the ac charging was disabled, it shows 65 watts about 1.5 amps but slowly gets the voltage high enough to get the batteries online then cycles every 20 minutes from grid to off grid, called signature solar and they set it up telling me that it was fixed worsening the issue even more, what I can do?

Does it cycle between 50-60 watts and then hit zero but keeps bouncing around for ever?
I would like to know why this happens as well.

PM me your station number. This sounds like a quick fix

Check the following using the EG4 App or the Web.

Go to Maintenance, then scroll down to Discharge Settings.
--> If you are using EG4 battery settings on the inverters I think it defaults to On Grid EOD SOC(%). If that is what you are using Set it to 90. This means the system will remain in grid bypass mode until the batteries reach 90% charge.
-->If you are using On Grid EOD Voltage(V) setting. Set it to something higher like 56v. System will remain in grid bypass mode until the batteries reach 56v.

The setting name/description seems backwards in my mind but this is how my system works. If I set the On Grid EOD SOC % at a higher value than the current battery SOC % the system will go into grid bypass (grid powers the loads). If I set it lower than the battery SOC the system will move from grid bypass to off grid mode (battery/solar will power loads).

I did new settings, same issue higher bat voltage, I tried every setting unsuccessfuly, I think I have to set up everything like it was before connecting back my eg4 6000ex that wasn't reliable but it didn't want to damage my batteries
