LPF can be in pouch cells. Renogy did or does build them that way. It might be worth noting that Lithium Polymer refers to using a polymer for the electrolyte, not the makeup of the cathode, which is what LiFePO4 refers to. A cell can be Lithium Polymer AND LiFePO4 at the same time, and would have similar safety to a liquid electrolyte LFP battery.
