Got this error on Daly BMS

My van is outside in UK
Not much sun past 3 weeks just rain.
I run a fridge off my inverter only
Today I noticed battery is flat. I can’t charge it.
Got these errors and chg mos and discharge mos are off.
My mppt got an error as well - battery over discharged.

Any tips how could I resolve this?
I also have a b2b renogy which doesn’t run because the van battery is dead and I can’t start the van

And I have a renogy inverter/charger. But when I plug it in to mains it doesn’t work because it needs an operating battery for turning on. Which I don’t have.

Solar panels show 0 A as well going to battery

Any suggestions?
