Where can I find a manual for my EG4 APP that tells things like when and how to use quick charge and the two arrows in a circle?
 
Quick charges temporary add a one hour time block and if your settings are correct...the inverter will charge the batteries for one hour. The quick charge setting is quirky. I hear that the setting may be tweaked in the future.
 
@SignatureSolarJames can you ask the app developers for your company to add in an alarm feature that sends a notification to the user when the batteries are below a certain threshold?

Living off grid has its challenges but having to check the app 6-12 times a day(depending on weather) to make sure the batteries are charged is exhausting. I would love to never have to look at the app again until I’m notified the batteries are low.
