I was told by customer support and “techs” from renogy that I would be able to control the three Bluetooth switches even if the m1 was “offline” (no wifi) yet I absolutely cannot do that. It’s the entire reason I bought the unit and it literally can’t do the one thing I wanted it to. Tech support has gone silent since I purchased and I can’t find an answer online anywhere. I was told that once I register and get it online once I can do what I needed and that hasn’t worked either. How the hell do they expect it to work in off grid setups if it’s limited by wifi…..please help anyone? I purposely built around this without switches in key areas because this would be more simple.
