    Yes, PLA 30% infill. Heat isn't going to be a problem. Probably would do PETG for a bit strong material, but not really concerned as I don't have huge holes in the yard.

    Also did a full cut and meter is accurate. The Daly BMS after a full cut was extremely hot. I sent a message to them to ask if that's normal. Likely POS BMS and will likely replace it with the overkill BMS. I'm also adding a wifi switch to the charger so that it's off when not in use.

    Got the charger in and adjusted down the VR2 pot to 56v, 58.4v is indeed a little too hot. Man, this charger design and build quality totally sucks. I trust it about as far as I could throw it. As you mentioned, the power switch, which should be connected to the mains is connected to the board...

    Awesome. Yes, that smaller size would have been MUCH easier. The 100A will be more accurate for amps below 100A anyway than the 350A.

    Sucks you stripped the threads! I've been very careful because I know it's just aluminum there. I made sure to add lock washers to keep things tight. I managed to widen the holes a bit to fit around the 500a shunt. The meter is just a TAD bigger than existing hole, I'll have to drimmel it out...

    Negative, lifepo4 especially does not like charging in sub freezing. I will disconnect the charger for the winter but will keep a watch in voltage to make sure the bms(or anything else) doesn't leech the battery dry. I'm in Alabama, RTR.
