Ensure the PV polarity is correct. It's easy to switch if the model uses MC4 connectors as it is not very clearly marked.

The cold weather blew-out my 24v solar charger with over-voltage. Even the manufacturer said it should have never reached 150vdc let alone render it useless. Fortunately I had a backup and this was a secondary array. That was the only day in January we had sun, until yesterday.

That's too bad. I was disappointed in it, so much so I bought an Ecoflow Delta2 Max for my office UPS and not another Bluetti.

Well, that's a big IF the sun comes out. I try to keep the batteries full, in case the grid goes down or my business is toast and food is spoiled. There are not enough panels (yet) to charge them to full in the winter months. Typical power outage here is 8hrs, if we are lucky.

Santa is delivering more panels today but the fog is so thick, I can't see the houses across the street. Tomorrow is the only day we expect to see any sun. So I am running from the grid to keep batteries as close to full as possible.

Service and support is a big concern and you can't beat Ian's response time and support. I've been happy with a MPP-LV2424 that I purchased thru Ian. Do take into consideration the VOC input when cold. There isn't an issue for me with your top pick.

I was getting close to the same output as the panels were not getting near as hot but the smoke wasn't nothing like it was in New York. It was a perfect storm of several fires all starting at the same time and the weather patterns. Almost like someone planned it.

Macs no longer use Intel chips. Apple uses their own silicon chips, the M1 and M2 which are ARM based as used in the iOS devices.

I did the shoveling the first year after installing the panels and living in Ohio, even a 3-4" snowfall would give a large pile of snow to clear. I am about 2 1/2ft above the ground now and this year we've had very little snow.

If you can get up to a foot of snow, I would suggest putting it a bit higher above ground. This would also allow for some wind pressure to flow through the bottom vs. being directed upwards into the panels.
