yes i did run the capacity test by myself, it is ok so i'm little confuse, Are these cells grade A or not? why there are 2 QR codes, one of which is hidden under the sticker!

i checked all of that with voltmeter, here all is ok Make sure that B- is higher than P- by +5V (use a low current power supply). -> yes, i disconnected the push button and i tried with my power sypply +5V even +9V (with 2A and 5A), still nothing
