That was voltage at the cells only. I tried measuring the voltage at B- and it reads 13.1V. The measurement at P- shows 6.7V so it sounds like the BMS is stuck off or broken?

I raised the charge current on mine, it was set to like 25A by default on a 200A JK and I have a 60A charger. I set it to 200A and its been charging perfectly. For my EVE 304's I set Cell OVP to 3.65. Otherwise, it would shut down charging too early with over volt protection triggered.

I tried setting OVPR to 3.65 and it gives me a write error. I'm probably doing it wrong lol. Should OVPR be set to 3.65? These are the settings:

I built a 12V pack of EVE 304 cells. The BMS was JK and it was DOA. Then I bought a JDB and it cuts off 12V out sometimes after the charge is finishes so I have another JK on order. My only vendor recommendation so far would be to stay away from the 18650 battery store.
