Yes I noticed that. I was on Chargery website and saw the 4.05 update. My update is 4.04 on both of them. I have yet to hook up the wifi but now that the problem is resolved its gaining importance. I was aware of the contact issue. Thank you

@snoobler - besides swapping them, is it an option to lower the charge voltage to 27.2. It seems to be only at the very top that the differential runs away.

Hi Snoobler. Just verified cell voltage with a dvm and all are within 1-2mv of the BMS. Cell #8 has been the problem - today its cell 7 peaking and tripping the BMS.

Thanks Snoobler. Mine also went thru All of the cells were between 3.29 and 3.36 when I got them. What you see is about 20 hours of charging at 10 amps, 29.2v.

I don't know. I swapped boxes first thing this morning and it seems to be charging though the SOC is unadjustable and fixed between 98 and 100%. The other module was causing the power supply to cycle whenever the SOC hit 100%. It even had a high current alarm at 9.8 amps for 8 cells.

Yes, the dog bone jumpers the 2 hot circuits. Initially I was going to run a smaller system with a4000w/30a to my 50a RV. I wanted to reuse a 30' length of 8AWG 50a RV connection cable and was using a 30a-50a dog bone. But I increased to run the full 50a/6000w
