I've been looking on Ebay and noticed pretty good prices on the Bluetti AC300 with B300 battery(s). They are refurbished, and I'm not entirely sure what kind of life they have had up to this point. Anyone here had good luck w/Refurbed products?

They are five years old I bought them used, but I've seen them output nearly 100% under perfect conditions, no smog.

I have 2 arrays on my roof, each array consists of 3 270W Trina solar panels with a Voc of 37.9V (so 113.7V) Each MPPT controller on the Bluetti has a max voltage of 150V. I only initially put 3 panels in each array because 4 would bring the Voc to 151.6V and that's not taking cold weather...

This is pretty much what I'm going to be doing minus running all the wires through the roof, I'm going to try and run them through the endcap on the ridge cap vent. Great video, though it requires penetrations for the mounting points.

Correct, the AC300 has two MPPT controllers and accept a max of 2400W solar input (1200W each) @150V/12A Max per controller as I understand it.

Thanks for the info. The guy I'm buying these panels from has other random sizes, I may see if I can get slightly larger panels and do 2 sets of 3 in series to get closer to the 2400W input. On the flip side slightly smaller panels and do 2 sets of 4 in series.

Thx for the info on the voltage, but which system are you talking about not to exceed 700W? From what I understand the AC300 has 2 MPPT controllers and each one can take an array of 1200W, 150v max, 12A max. (per controller).

Is there anyway to wire these panels to be able to get the full 2400W (max input) w/these panels? The stats on the panels seem to be fairly similar to other 300+ Watt panels. How do people get max solar input, what panels are suppose to be used.

The AC300 says this for Solar input: "2,400 Max., VOC 12-150VDC, 12A" Does this mean I'd be able to run 3.75 panels (3 panels) in series? Doesn't amperage add when in parallel, so I wouldn't even be able to have 2 in parallel ... or do I have that backwards, if I have 2 in parallel I'd have 5...
