2 mppsolar inverters
Each has its own solar array
Connected via victron smart shunt , charging
the same battery bank
All settings are the same , bulk, float
Low bat voltage etc etc etc

will this work??

Generally, yes.

Do you intend to run their outputs in parallel to either get double the power on 120VAC or get 120/240VAC split phase.

Have you thoroughly researched what it takes to build a Leaf battery? They are generally best suited for 48V systems.

I have a solar system allready for about 4 years with a nissan leaf bat bank
and wanted to upgrade my system
The 2nd mppsolar inverter ( which i got free) will only help out with charging the battery and will have its own small solar array
All settings will be the same , negative cable will go via the victron shunt , so i can monitor

Yep, no problem. Based on your description, you're just adding another array and MPPT charger to an existing bank. Piece of cake.

Wont the different solar array volts and amps from the 2nd mppsolar affect the 1st system???
Or will it just add volts and amps from both systems ?
Remember its all going thru the victron smart shunt on the negative battery cable
