36 volt battery bank

hi . i have a 4 bank 36 volt system . the fla battery.s are on line 24/7 . the charge controller.s do there thing bulk at 43.3 volt.s then float at 41.2. is an equalization needed.

If SLA, AGM or GEL, no.

If flooded lead acid, what are the specific gravity measurements of each cell? Do they meet minimum? Does the specific gravity deviation between cells warrant equalization?
