Just designed & printed this case for the 8s 100A overkill BMS. (i used the Aliexpress version DJDD? for the template - hope there's no differences?)

There's 2-3mm between the heat spreaders & the case, i also use ASA/ABS to print with for heat resistance.
I'll be posting up on Thingyverse & email overkill so that others can print/use it.

Works well, goes together nicely, held with 4 screws together & the BMS is sandwiched at the screw holes. The whole thing also has 4 supports at corners to screw to a wall.

Issues - the small louvers are quite fragile as they're unsupported, i didnt want to do too much bridging. You could just use acetone & fuse them together at the top with some filament to increase strength though.

That is a nice looking enclosure, I’ve been meaning to do a couple for the 120a BMS’s I have. Any chance you’re going to share the STL or STEP files for it. It’d sure save me a lot of time and aggravation designing one myself. Great job there

yep 100% - just waiting for the default 24hrs before it can go public on Thingyverse. Sit tight - should be out in about 6hrs or so

Sound great, you going to include a STEP file so it can be modified for the 120a version???

Dont think so - its done in Tinkercad which can only export to STL/OBJ formats.
Whats the pin spacing on the mounting holes - might be a quick fix for me to update the design for you

Files are up & public!
Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4906537
TinkerCad: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/ieL1h8xwdGP-overkill-8s-100a-bms-case
TinkerCad: (component breakdown) https://www.tinkercad.com/things/1807zd3VEK9-overkill-8s-100a-bms-case-parts

So you can print straight off thingiverse or tinkercad with STL files. If you want to modify then you'll need to use tinkercad to be able to modify & manipulate the actual objects.
I also did the component breakdown to show how its all assembled & you can use those parts to build a new model for a different size BMS.

I decided to design a case this afternoon too. Should have checked the forum first I guess lol.
I’ll print a prototype tonight
