I'm unsure, but that's an easily sorted problem.

I have 30mm panels and need to know that these will work securely for me.

My guess is a 25mm screw.

They are selling a product = they will (potentially) say what I want to hear.

I have asked, a few different ways, if it is suitable for 30mm panels and they don't directly answer.

It may be as innocent as "lost in communication" as they are foreign.

My guess it will work for some 30mm panels, but no guarantee it will work with your 30mm panels and rest of your setup.
