Ac200 DC OUTPUT SHORT CIRCUIT

Hello I need your help. I have a fault 004. DC Output Short Circuit on my AC200. I cannot make the DC on. I tried restarting it but still I received same error. What should I do?

That implies that what you've plugged into the unit either shorted the circuit or overloaded it (pulled more current than is allows).

Have you disconnected everything and attempted restart?

Yesterday I plugged my ipad on usb and after a few hours it started to give a error message. Yes I disconnected everything and restarted but still I received same error. I cannot use the DC mode only AC mode now is working.

Unfortunately, it sounds like a defective unit. Give Bluetti a call/email.

Good luck with contacting Bluetti.... I'm still awaiting communication from them on AC50S cable parts and replies to my tech questions. The bluetti community forum is limited to almost non existent. DIYSOLARFORUM is my good go to... thanks

It work again today. I on and off the AC then on and off the DC alternately. Then suddenly the DC turned on without error.
