All In One Off Grid with low turn on voltage

I am looking for an All In One that can turn on with low voltage. I have 4 panels with 36V and 8Amps, but Ian at Watts247 does not believe the LV6548 will work even though the opening voltage is rated at 90Volts as he states that it runs more optimally at 160Volt.

Does anybody have any experience with another all-in-one that could work for my situation. Perhaps I should stick with victron since their system can be tuned a little better?
