Amusing wording in my inverter manual

"Connect cathode wire of the battery to the cathode terminal (Black)"

"Connect the anode wire of the battery to the anode terminal (red) on the inverter, and fix them." Just go right ahead and fix them. Nice.

I got one of these manuals with one of my PV solar combiner boxes, it was pretty terrible. It had 7 steps and the last step was the full assembly instructions. Pretty funny.

Chinese to English translations are an ugly thing. It makes one wonder how such a simple phrase like eye protection translates into eye patch in Chinese, but it does, I reckon.
