EG4 6000XP - can it be run with a single 48V 100AH (i.e. EG4 LifePower4 rack) battery?

I see in the manual and specs for this unit it has the following wording:

NOTE: The recommended battery capacity of one 6000XP inverter is ≥200AH

Does that mean it needs a minimum of 200AH to be able to run?
If so, unsure of the reasoning...?

One 48v 100ah battery can deliver 5,000 watts continuous. Even then, you are near the limit. If you want 6000 watts continuous, then you need two batteries.

If you start loads with high surge amps you may run fast into low battery voltage problems and/or over current battery protection problems with just one battery. The 6000XP can handle up to 12,000W surge power for some seconds... this would stress just one battery a lot.
