Are all 12V Lithium (LiFePO4) batteries considered Deep Cycle? I see some are listed specifically as Deep Cycle and others are not even if they are from the same manufacturer and have the same Ah.

Some are sold as cranking batteries, or claim to be so I would say no.

This is just marketing talk to make people think "their" battery is better then someone else's that doesn't say Deep Cycle. Deep Cycle is mainly relevant to lead acid batteries. The term is superfluous for LiFePO4 batteries.
