Battery 12v x 8 : 24v

In the same vain , im not saying good or bad , but just read this .................

"The battery cables should be of the same length and same size and as straight as possible. Always connect loads and charging sources to positive and negative terminals at opposite ends of the battery bank, otherwise the first battery will do all the work and the bank will become unbalanced and fail quickly.
That statement is referring to a wiring scheme that doesn't use bus bars. Your drawing shows loads and charging separated and not at opposite DIAGONAL corners.

Sooooo what do you guys think of this method .....
see attached file.

Key difference is the charge controller volts in are at
the opposite poles from the load draw

I cant say if its good or bad , just looking for opinions

in my head it makes sense ....

Everything gets connected to the same two corners

Eg, bottom on the neg, top on the pos , mppt and Inverter both connect to the battery bank at the same post

@Koincave

They're your batteries and obviously you can do what you want ,

But what you drew will result in unbalanced batteries, follow that link to smart gauge I posted, it won't guide you wrong
