Hi everyone,
Has anybody had any experience with UFO POWERs 48 volt, 15 cell, 9.6kwh wall mount batteries ?.
I have four of these batteries running in parallel working with three SUN 5 kwh hybrid inverters also running in parallel, to give me 15kwh in a whole house off-grid system.
I started having problems with the system shutting down due to uvp in the batteries
,Upon checking the batteries BMS's I saw that I had varying amounts of SOH in each battery from 65% to 80% which equates to 24 kWh of storage capacity, instead of the 36kwh that should be available.
After several months of chat via WhatsApp with UFO Power and their engineers also several software updates and firmware updates, which took all the batteries SOH back to 100%.
Now all the batteries get up to 75/80%soc when several cells run away and trigger the ovp and then they revert to 100%soc and stop charging.
Amy info about this problem much appreciated.
Thanks,
neil
