Hi. We have a Solax X1 inverter with Lithium battery attached. I have noticed over the last few days it is not charging at any point and always shows 0% charge.
Settings are unchanged, for self use, all charge generated currently is going to the iboost for hot water, then back to the grid once the water has reached temp.
The battery is about 4.5 years old, but Im not 100% sure if it needs replacing or if there is anything else I can check? I was told the battery should last at least 7 years.
I think there is a way to charge the battery from the grid, but am not sure if this is the correct course of action to prove the issue.
Solax support have not responded, despite several emails.
