Been offered these panels, new at £95 (about $115).

Do they look Ok.

Half cells are a good thing, especially if partial shade is a factor. Google for a better explanation than I can give.

it's a very good price--but you should find out the mfr and model. If they offer that, buy a couple and check them out.
