I am building a electrical system for my RV.
Batteries will be 2 separate 8S 24V 304AH with Eve Cells, wired in parallel. They will be in separate cases for redundancy. I would like to be able to operate with one, or both installed. I expect max current-draw will be 130 Amp.
It is difficult to determine which is the best BMS.
Requirements:
8S configuration (24V)
200amp output
RS485
Master / Slave configuration
Victron comms
Heating Pad
I've landed on a pair of JK 4S-8S 200A RS485/Bluetooth
Any feedback on this? I know JK is quite popular, but I saw some comments saying the smaller 4S had some issue, but that was some time ago.
Any suggestions for a better choice?
