What exact BMS is resetting SOC on you and if it is a JBD, what is your single cell under voltage (usually 2.2V) and "single cell cut off voltage" (usually 2.5) aka cell minimal voltage. With those settings, if any cell hits 2.5V, the BMS resets to 0% as it should, including when under a load. If there is 1 really weak cell under load, that is still appropriate to consider that battery tapped out so you could reduce the capacity setting of that battery. I'm going to assume you did a nice top balance already.
If it is not a JBD, I'd replace it with one. I've got 5 running and they have never reset on me like that.
