Can I mix battery brands?

I have a simple solar system with a 12v 100ah Weize from Amazon. If I want to expand my system (batteries in parallel), should I get another Weize or are all the common 12v 100ah batteries interconnectable?

Pretty much, just make sure you wire from the first battery positive and the last battery negative or visa versa to balance the charging/discharging.

The bms values could be different, such as max output current, so you'd want to make sure they are relatively the same.

There's also the difference in LVD disconnect voltages which might not be the same etc. So while you technically can, my money would be if you are happy with the Weize, stick with that.
