I have 2 movable 400 watt panels that have MC4 12AWG wanted to know if I can connect 50ft of MC4 10AWG So I don't loose to much power.
Or should I stay with MC4 12AWG like the panels already have?

Thank you all for your answers....!

Youbetcha.

No reason to do so other than saving money.

If the panels are in series, then it may not matter much either way.

12awg, 80Vmp, 10A Imp, 50 ft:

1.99% voltage drop.

10awg is 1.25%

If in parallel:

12awg: 7.94%
10awg: 4.99%

If your controller has a Voc limit of >145V, 2S should be fine.
