Newb question. I have built 6 batteries each with its own BMS. They are EVE style cells 280ah. My question is what size ah bank do I have? I have 8 cells in a 4s configuration all 12v. 48 cells total 6 batteries in parallel. For some reason I feel I am not looking at the math correctly.

48 cells in a 2p4s config make 6 batteries... i see now.
Double my original figures, and the 3.2V figures are correct, divide by 13.8 to get 12V Ah

You could also take the 280x2 to get each Ah series, multiply x 6 to get the total.
560 ah each 2s4p then times 6 for the average total or, the original 3360Ah...

I went too far in the weeds...

Yea the OP description was a bit hard to understand. But from the pictures it is a 2p4s config giving 12 V 560 Ah per pack. Six of those packs in parallel giving a total of 12 V 3360 Ah.
