Change over switch - enclosure question

I want to use a manual changeover switch to change between inverter/generator/Tesla. Something like this:

It is very inexpensive and I can get a matching enclosure for it, but it is plastic. Would that be against code? I hope to use flexible metal conduit for the wiring to and from the enclosure. This would be inside a garage.

One thing I need to check and can not be sure until I order it is whether it is 'break before make'. If not, I will have to return it and look for something else. Unfortunately since it is not UL listed either, I may just try to find a deep metal box for it..

The plastic box isn't against code, on its own.
But, I don't think the switch is UL listed.
It is break before make.

You're right, the seller says it is not UL listed, but I may just live with that since that part won't be inspected. Good to know it is break before make. Thanks!
