I have an MPP Solar LV2424 inverter with two batteries, bought two more batteries about a month ago and they have been sitting in the solar shed waiting to be hooked up. I have read all batteries should be close to same voltage when connected. My plan is: 1. Charge each 12v battery with my car charger to max voltage, then connect two in series and charge both 2 battery series again with my Lithium battery 24 volt charger, then finally connecting them up in series and parallel to my inverter. Is this the correct process or will I damage my batteries?
Thank you,
Zack

Thank you. Have noticed on the two I have hooked up to the LV2424 only 3 bars showing up on the icon and inverter not charging until drops from there. Stated was at 26.3v on the screen of inverter.
