Daly BMS State of Charge only decreases; Is there a setting I am missing?

I have a 100A Daly BMS and the SOC accumulator only decreases over time. The instantaneous current meter shows bi directional current flows but the SOC accumulator only goes down over time.

I have another Daly BMS on identical parallel battery bank and the SOC accumulator works on that one; but on the other its only going down. (Yes I have checked with a clamp on and charging current flows to both battery banks).

I am new to Daly; is there a setting I am missing or something that would alter SOC accumulation?

Shouldn't work like that if wired correctly, and current flow accuracy indicates it is.

Sounds like another defective DALY.
