I have a Daly Smart BMS managing a 16s LiFePO4 pack.My problem is that I have two cells with quite high voltage, but I cannot figure out, what can be the reason of this. Checked everthing, all the cells had the same internal resistance, all the connections are correct, all things are in room temp, no overheating whatsoever. Any idea how to solve this? Thanks,

When you say that the connections are correct, how did you verify that?
What tool did you use to verify the internal resistance?

What is the voltage differential?
What charge profile are you using?
Did you top balance the 16 cells?
