Dead SOK batteries

Hi there,

I had my lithium batteries sitting for a few months.
I have two 206ah heated batteries.
When I check the voltage on them they are around 3v. I have a Victron ip65 smart charger and have tried to “wake” them up using this. I have it in the normal smart lithium lifepo4 setting.
When I check the voltage with the charger connected I am getting 14v. Does this mean it is in fact charging even though the app doesn’t look like it? Is there another setting on the Victron charger to wake the batteries up that I should be in? Or do I just need to leave it on a long time? It has been charging for about an hour.
Is there a way to get the battery out of the PROT state it says it is in on the app?

I have attached a photo of what it says on the charger app, and what my battery says on the SOK battery app.

Did you try resetting or rebooting in the app?

Click the three dots on top right

Click basic settings

Enter 200010

There’s some reset functions at the bottom you can try

Has anyone been successful with resetting/restarting/etc. within the SOK BMS? I tried clicking it, but it wouldn't take... I had an overcurrent protection.

No success with any of the reset options that I can tell.

Isn't there a way to use another battery hooked up to the problem battery (or is that for low voltage disconnect?)

That's for low voltage. I was able to clear the protection by disconnecting the battery from the system and reconnecting. It's just annoying, especially when it appears there should be an option for pressing a button in the app...
