DeltaPro - how to feed in Windenergy?

I just saw in a YT video that DeltaPro tells that "in the future" they will provide a possibility to charge their Solar Generatrs with Windenergy too.

That gets me thinking - why is Wind different from Solar Panels?
I mean I havnt thought about it but why cant I just buy a Windturbine that outputs 12/24/48V like a Solar and connect that to the Port that is already in the Generator?

What you are suggesting would most likely work but would depend on the variability of the windmill output vs. the input tolerance on the charger. In other words, the system would work best if the windmill had some kind of internal regulator that stabilized the output voltage at the stated value for all wind velocities within its operating range.
