Design review: fairly heavy overland system in Jeep Wrangler

I’ll be using this to live out of my jeep for a few months while traveling. For cooking, I’ll be using an induction cooktop (1800w) and an air fryer (1700w), but obviously not at the same time. In the evenings, I’ll be powering my heated blanket. Most of the day I’ll have my laptop and Starlink running.

I think I should have separate fuses on every individual item connected to the battery positive, is this right? to save space, is it ok to just attach everything to the battery terminals instead of a block?

I know I should probably up the wire size for the inverter, but these don’t get warm (other than the terminals and they’re barely not comfortable to touch).

Anything else I’m missing?
