Starting test of a Deye SUN-12K-SG04LP3-EU inverter, and looking for answers to a few issues:

1) AC is on, metering works, but when turning AC on (rotary breaker on side of inverter) I get: "F31 AC Slave Contactor Fault". What does that mean, and what can be done to fix it?

2) Is it important to choose the correct Standard Grid Mode, or just the individual settings? Does anybody know which standard grid mode, in the Deye naming, that is used in Denmark?

3) Is it possible find documentation for modbus registers on this inverter, or examples in open source software, perhaps? (For retrieving via modbus TCP through a Solarman wifi data logger).

Thanks for any help! :)

Thanks. Any good tips on how to best request a firmware update? Just mailing the service email address at Deye, and then having (a lot of) patience?
