Hi everyone. I have 6 panels that are 405watt (with VoC) of 49.13 and 3 panels of 425 watt with VoC of 48.18. Will I have issues if I string them together in series? I’m genuinely asking because, from what I’ve read, you should not put different panels together. Wanted to ask the experts here. Thoughts?

I use 2 renogy panels with a German panel.
All 3 are 100 watts but not the same volt or amps.
But its so small that i do not see a performance drop.
But i use my panels in parallel.

In Series i dit see a performance lost .
The weak panel is the one that set the performance in the string.

But one thing look the manufacturer test .
A eu panel use a other test profile than a panel from usa .
So see if both use the same test on volts and amps.

In series, consider Imp. You will get the lower current of the two, approximately. Multiplied by sum of Vmp for power.

Consider also 3s2p, how does that fit with controller input voltage and current limits?
You could orient 3s SE, and 3s SW.
