Does SOK server rack battery require ventilation?

I am currently building a plywood box to mount two SOK server rack batteries into for an RV. I was going to insulate it and make it air tight just in case it ever gets below freezing outside while using the batteries.. However, I realized that maybe the batteries get warm and should be ventilated.

Any thoughts on if the SOK server rack battery needs ventilation?

I don't think so.
I have an insulated box (heated for winter) for my DIY batteries.
I thought I'd need to open it up for summer but it actually stays below outside ambient temps.
Even with a large load running all day (A/C) the box stayed "cool"

I asked Dexter at Current Connected and he said the batteries generate minimal heat and require no ventilation.
