EaSun power battery reliability

I am considering EaSun liion battery 10KWH. Is that a reliable battery? I see some negative reviews online about the company. Would they follow up on warranty if I run into issues?

EAsun does not build their own products. They are a bottom of the barrel type outfit and the ability to get Warranty is likely slim to none. Which is not to say that some of the stuff they sell is bad because the underlying manufacturer of it might have a decent product.

You are pretty much on your own when you buy from many of the relabel firms. A few are trying to be a bit more conscientious about customer service after the sale but they charge more for the same product. Makes sense when you think about it.
