Hello,

I own a EcoFlow River 2 Pro (already an replacement) and this device drops overnight to ZERO (when it's connect overnight to a solar panel).

Original Answer from EcoFlow:
If the River 2 Pro is connected to a solar panel at night, the next day the SOC amount is 0 or will drop a lot.

This situation is due to the over-voltage protection of the battery cell of the machine, which causes the SOC to become 0 or drop, not a machine fault.

This is due to the over-voltage protection of the battery cell of the machine which causes the SOC to become 0 or drop, not a machine failure. You just need to charge the machine back to the voltage level to restore the normal SOC (both AC charging and PV charging).

I told EcoFlow that this device is useless for e.g. WiFi, Alarm, Freezer, etc..... if the device drops to 0 in minutes during the night.

Do I missunderstand something or I am right?

I don't understand their response to you.

Problem solving wise or even from the standpoint of it being a sentence that even makes sense.
