Ecoworthy 195w Fedex strikes again

I got 8 of these panels deilvered and opened them the next day sure enough the first box I opened. Anyone have any experience with them sending out replacement panes etc? The email I received from them was less than useful. How patently must I wait? a week? a month? a year?
